Partner Development Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Consultant to accelerate growth through recruitment and staffing agency partnerships. This is a high-impact role that blends new business development (hunter) and account management (farmer) skills, focused on building, strengthening, and scaling our network of agency referrers.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, you will identify and onboard new recruitment partners, deepen relationships with existing agencies, and collaborate internally to ensure contractors referred through these partnerships receive a best-in-class service experience.
Experience within financial, technology, or pharmaceutical contract markets is highly beneficial.
Location & Working Pattern
- Remote-first, home-based role
- Office located in Dublin 15 with a minimum of 1 day per month onsite
- Approx. 25% travel required for agency site visits, industry networking events, and client meetings
- Access to own transport is essential
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnership Growth
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new recruitment and staffing agency partners
- Develop tailored partnership proposals and targeted outreach campaigns
- Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned to commercial growth targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
2. Account Management & Relationship Expansion
- Grow existing agency accounts by engaging additional consultants, divisions, and regions
- Act as the primary relationship contact for assigned agency partners
- Deliver structured onboarding, training, and knowledge sessions on services, contractor compliance, and tax solutions
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of referral incentive programmes
3. Sales Targets & Pipeline Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, tracking activities and conversion rates
- Work closely with marketing to align lead generation and nurturing initiatives
4. Partner Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
- Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to deliver partner-facing content, webinars, and education sessions
- Ensure partners are equipped with current materials and confident in referring contractors
- Contribute to maintaining and improving partner resources and KnowledgeHub content
5. Reporting & Insights
- Provide regular reporting on business development activity and partner performance
- Use data-driven insights to identify optimisation and growth opportunities
- Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform commercial strategy
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in business development, outbound sales, partnerships, or account management
- Previous experience working with or selling into recruitment or staffing agencies preferred
- Exposure to financial, technology, or pharmaceutical contracting markets is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of umbrella company or contractor management services is desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Full driving licence and access to own transport
