Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software.
- Respond to payroll-related queries.
- Post weekly payroll journal entries to the accounting system.
- Prepare weekly payroll reports for management.
- Support the Accounts Payable team with occasional ad hoc tasks.
- Manage the payroll exit process for departing employees.
Requirements:
- IPASS qualification
- 1–2 years experience managing payroll for a high-volume workforce.
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
