Our large SME client is hiring a Payroll & Accounts Assistant, based outside the city. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with a collaborative culture on a part time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for 50+ employees.
- Prepare payroll and related management reports as required.
- Maintain and update records in Payroll and Time Management systems.
- Provide support to the accounts department, including data entry, purchase order processing.
- Handling invoices, reconciliations, expenses, and related financial tasks.
- Assisting with payment runs and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing with strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue systems.
- IPASS qualification
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and IT skills, with strong proficiency in Excel
