Payroll & HR Operations Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Manager for one of our clients, the ideal candidate will take ownership of end‑to‑end payroll and HR operations across multiple regions. This is a standalone role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving, and working closely with Finance, HR, and external providers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full‑cycle payroll for Ireland, the UK, and the US.
- Ensure compliance with tax, social security, pension rules, and statutory reporting.
- Oversee employee benefits, renewals, vendor relationships, and monthly billing.
- Manage equity compensation processes including grants, vesting, tax compliance, and employee queries.
- Act as Workday SME—maintain data accuracy and handle all employee lifecycle transactions.
- Support audits, year‑end reporting, and HR/Finance data requirements.
- Produce HR dashboards, reports, and KPI insights for leadership.
- Maintain strong data protection standards (GDPR) and internal controls.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ end‑to‑end payroll experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Irish & UK payroll legislation.
- Hands‑on Workday experience (2+ years).
- Experience with equity compensation (RSUs, vesting, tax implications).
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.
- Degree in HR, Finance, Business—or similar (IPASS desirable).
