Payroll Manager – Dublin (Hybrid)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 3 days office)
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for approx. 10,000 employees across ROI and UK. This is a key leadership role ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while driving process improvements and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 11 payroll professionals.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and compliance.
- Implement controls, audits, and risk management.
- Drive automation and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external partners.
- Lead change projects including new regulations and benefits.
What You’ll Bring:
- IPASS or equivalent qualification.
- 7+ years payroll experience, 3+ years in leadership.
- Experience managing large payrolls (2,000+ employees).
- Strong knowledge of ROI & UK payroll legislation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- SAP experience desirable.
