Cpl HR Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced People Partners for an exciting 12-month contract opportunity within a large, complex organisation.
This position sits within a well-established HR function and offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives while partnering closely with senior stakeholders. The role operates on a hybrid working model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) and forms part of a wider HR team of almost 50 professionals across People Partnering, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition and Pensions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures and employee relations matters.
• Support workforce planning and provide HR insights to inform business decision-making.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and retention strategies.
• Manage and support employee relations matters while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Support performance management processes including probation and performance review frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Contribute to HR projects, organisational change initiatives and policy development.
Skills and Experience Required:
• A third level qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (CIPD membership desirable).
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partner / People Partner or similar role.
• Strong experience advising managers on employee relations, HR policies and performance management.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders within a complex organisation.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Experience using HR systems and data to support decision making.
