We are recruiting a Person in Charge (PIC) for one of our expanding nurse-led services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities across Co. Sligo.

About the Role
As Person in Charge, you will:
- Lead and manage the effective delivery of our nurse-led services.
- Ensure full compliance with HIQA Standards and Department of Health Regulations.
- Work autonomously while promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and leadership to the care team.
- Support service users through high-quality, person-centred care and robust care planning.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, audits, and quality assurance processes.
- Play a key role in training, development, and onboarding of new team members.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Participate in the on-call rota as required.
Essential Criteria
To be considered, you must have:
- Level 7 Degree in Nursing and active NMBI registration.
- Minimum 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities (highly desirable).
- Level 6 Management qualification (or willingness to complete—supported by the company).
- Proven experience managing services to quality and regulatory standards.
- Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
