Procurement Analysts
We are seeking experienced Procurement Analysts to support a dynamic procurement function within the Financial Services sector. This role will leverage data-driven insights, system expertise, and strategic sourcing knowledge to drive operational efficiency and value across procurement activities. Previous procurement experience in Financial Services banking is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support procurement-related projects
- Conduct process analysis and design improved workflows
- Provide analytical support for strategic sourcing initiatives
- Perform detailed spend analysis and supplier evaluations
- Provide Coupa system reporting, configuration, and support
- Support supplier onboarding/offboarding processes
- Conduct market research and industry analysis
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain
- Financial Services or Banking
- Strong data analysis and process improvement expertise
- Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., Coupa)
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Candidates must be living within commuting distance to Dublin city centre with valid work permit
