Project Manager Consultant โ CAPEX Projects (Limerick Site)
Lead and deliver large-scale biopharma CAPEX projects on-site in Limerick, managing all phases from planning to commissioning. Ensure project success through coordination, compliance, and continuous stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for CAPEX initiatives.
- Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Drive a proactive safety and quality culture throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track milestones and deliver regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, consultants, internal teams, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
- Manage project budgets with strict cost control and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, aligning efforts with project objectives.
- Enforce regulatory compliance and maintain company standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies; conduct regular risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large-scale CAPEX projects, ideally in the biopharma sector.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of engineering, construction, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent budget management and financial reporting capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Effective communicator with experience leading cross-functional teams.
