Quality Analyst - Croatian, Hungarian, or Polish speaking
We are looking for Croatian, Hungarian, or Polish-speaking Quality Analysts to join our dynamic team in Dublin. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our operations meet the highest quality standards by monitoring, evaluating, and supporting the performance of our representatives. You will act as a mentor and coach, providing feedback that drives continuous improvement and helps our teams deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate representatives’ performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support.
- Conduct training sessions on quality standards and market-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with team leads and management to reinforce quality processes.
- Provide backup support to the training department when required.
- Deliver “just-in-time” training on new or updated content policies.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to track trends and quality outcomes.
- Investigate and resolve escalations regarding decision accuracy and policy clarity.
- Mentor auditors in the use of tools and audit systems.
- Develop documentation, share feedback, and recommend improvements to processes and tools.
- Handle administrative tasks and contribute to ad-hoc quality initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Language Skills: Fluency in Croatian, Hungarian, or Polish and English (C1 or above).
- Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or quality assurance within the social media or online content industry.
- Cultural Knowledge: Strong insight into local culture and current affairs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel with the ability to create both qualitative and quantitative reports. Knowledge of AI trends is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of handling challenges, building relationships, and driving improvements.
- Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure across different shifts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
