β Monitor, coach, and develop Reps to achieve quality goals
β Deliver training and support Team Leaders on performance plans
β Analyse data to spot trends and recommend improvements
β Manage quality systems and support operational projects
β Mentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processes

π― What You Need:

βοΈ Fluent in PERSIAN & English (Proficiency in English (C1+) + the advertised language (C1+))
βοΈ Min. 1 Year Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or QA (social media industry a plus)
βοΈ Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
βοΈ Confidence with Excel, reporting, and data analysis
βοΈ Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure
