Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist - Croatian-Polish-Hungarian
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist for the above languages to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving service quality across operations. You will evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback, ensure compliance with internal policies and client standards, and support continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor service interactions and assess quality against KPIs.
- Deliver feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Analyze QA data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team leads, trainers, and management.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a QA or quality monitoring role (BPO or related industry)/Content moderation
- Degree is mandatory ie Bachelors minimum
- Fluency in Croatian/Polish/Hungarian and a minimum C1 level in English
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with QA tools and performance management systems.
*The role is full-time permanent and fully onsite
