Our client, operating in the automotive space in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a 1 month temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy, front-of-house environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Booking appointments and managing the reception diary.
- Handling customer queries by phone and email.
- Assisting walk-in customers and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as required.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing customer information confidentially.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general admin systems.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented approach.
Desirable:
- Experience within the motor or automotive industry is an advantage.
