We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the organisation and maintenance of physical records. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient filing systems, and compliance with data protection standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and maintaining physical records and filing systems
- Scanning and digitising documents
- Performing accurate data entry into relevant systems/databases
- Managing archiving processes and document storage
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements
- Supporting general administrative tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or database systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Employment Details:
- Pay Rate: Grade III – Clerical Officer Payscale
- Hours per Week: 35 hours
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Contract Duration: 6 months
