Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter, for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for the organisation, with focus on Sales recruitment. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities Required
· Conducting deep sourcing assessments with candidates from a variety of sources, to deliver the best quality talent.
· Establish relationships with candidates to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
· Submit and share fully assessed qualified talent to your Recruitment colleagues for next stages in the process.
Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes
· Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies
· Develop strong stakeholder relationships
· Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process
Experience Required
· 3+ years of Recruitment or Sourcing experience
· Bachelor's Degree
· Excellent Sourcing skills. Ability to use a variety of sourcing tools, including Linkedin Recruiter.
· Excellent communication and organisation skills
· Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates
· Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar
· Experience with ATS
