Talent Acquisition Advisor – 6‑Month Fixed Term Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a leading global technology organization. This is an initial 6‑month fixed-term contract, - Hybrid working. In this role, you will partner closely with the business to hire top talent for the Ireland operation. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to continuously improve hiring approaches, enhance candidate experience, and engage closely with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities
- Support full life‑cycle recruitment and ensure a seamless Hiring Manager and Candidate experience
- Partner with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique market needs, challenges, and the effectiveness of recruitment plans
- Conduct strategic talent mapping and deploy advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent
- Develop comprehensive talent strategies that support complex business growth objectives
- Lead the planning and delivery of university events to support early‑talent hiring
- Prepare contract offers in collaboration with hiring managers and local HR
- Communicate offers to candidates and manage offer negotiations when required
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Business Units, HRBPs) and external partners (staffing agencies, institutions, universities)
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience as a high-performing recruiter within a corporate environment, ideally in high-growth and/or fast-paced settings
- Prior recruiting experience in the technology, engineering, or IT sectors is desirable
