CPL Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator experience for a 3-4 month temporary contract with a healthcare organisation, in south west Dublin, working fully onsite
Responsibilities Required:
· To assist in the Recruitment process by managing all correspondence
· High volume interview coordination and scheduling
· CV and applicant screening
· Working with organisation’s ATS and record data via Excel
· Working with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the hiring process
· Ensure a positive candidate experience
· Support and maintain all recruitment documentation and correspondence
Experience Required:
· Year Experience in a similar Recruitment Coordinator position
· HR Degree/ CIPD Qualification
· Excellent communication and organisation skills
· Proficient Microsoft Office experience
