Overview
A growing organisation based in Westport, Co. Mayo is seeking a Recruitment / HR Administrator to join the HR team on a 3–6 month contract to support a peak in workload.
This role will provide administrative support across recruitment activities and HR operations, working closely with the HR Business Partner and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Manage interview logistics including calendars, meeting invites, and candidate communications
- Assist with candidate sourcing activities and maintain talent pipelines
- Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
HR Administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires including documentation and system updates
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and induction processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Provide general HR administrative support as required
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, Talent Acquisition or HR support
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail
- Experience coordinating interviews and liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is an advantage
Additional Information
- 3–6 month contract due to increased workload
- Hybrid working model based in Westport
