Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: Possess a primary degree in social care, healthcare, or an equivalent field that meets the criteria for registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
- Experience: A minimum of four years’ experience at a senior management level, ideally with an additional management or business qualification. Experience at a regional level and a proven track record of managing teams is essential.
- Sector Expertise: Extensive experience in the disability sector, including residential care, within public, voluntary, or private sectors.
- Operational Skills: Demonstrable evidence of being strategic, proactive, and competent in managing day-to-day service provision.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience working with HIQA and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Driving Licence: Hold a full manual driving licence with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
- Work Eligibility: Full eligibility and availability to work in Ireland without restriction.
