What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders in construction and engineering.
- Identifying new revenue streams through proactive market engagement and lead generation.
- Creating and executing tailored business development strategies for regional accounts.
- Collaborating closely with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Championing the company’s product portfolio and value proposition to maximise client engagement.
- Keeping CRM and ERP systems up to date with client interactions, quotes, and orders.
- Delivering insightful monthly reports to the leadership team.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to inform sales tactics.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a sales or business development role within construction or engineering.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP platforms.
