Retail Store Manager - Athlone
Our client, one of the leading footwear retailers are hiring for a retail store manager for their shop in Athlone. This role provides a brilliant opportunity for a self-starter who has a proven track record in management in a retail environment.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have the following;
- 3 years or more sales experience in retail business, preferably fashion/footwear, in fast paced client facing environment.
- People management experience with a hands on pro-active approach.
- Resourceful in how to create leads for business and responsible for developing sales plans.
- Drive and take ownership of our Athlone store
- Attention to detail with sales and all customer dealings.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently when required.
- Promote the brand in the Athlone area.
- Work in partnership with Head Office and the Leadership Team to implement new routes to market
- Flexibility on work hours, weekends and some evenings.
