Role Summary
The RTR Accountant will support month-end close and financial reporting activities within a multinational finance environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Journal preparation and posting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Financial reporting and support of audits
- Compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and SOX controls
- Liaise with AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax teams
- Drive process improvements
Requirements
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- 1–4+ years’ experience in RTR / GL accounting
- Multinational or shared services experience preferred
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills
