RTR Manager – Advisory FAAS
About the Role
A leading professional services organization is seeking an RTR Manager to join its Advisory FAAS team. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with global exposure and a focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Review and approve month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany, and FX adjustments
- Oversee reconciliations across fixed assets, bank accounts, leases, deferred revenue, inventory, and share-based compensation
- Conduct balance sheet and P&L variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Review financial data from multiple entities and ensure consistency and proper documentation
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead and manage medium-to-large teams across various functions
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing complex close and reporting processes
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Blackline experience desirable
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
