In Dublin City Centre, we are looking for an Account Executive SMB to work in the Polish Market on a hybrid schedule role (3 days in the Office / 2 from home).

As an Account Executive, you’ll run the full sales cycle, close deals the right way, and help shape our Client’s success across Central Europe.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and grow our Client’s base in the SMB segment
- Manage your pipeline strategically for long-term success
- Deliver impactful demos and guide prospects through the buying process
- Collaborate with peers and mentor new AEs
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent Polish & English
- 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in MarTech SaaS sales
- Proven success selling to C-Suite/Marketing personas
- Strong knowledge of Ecommerce/Retail brands
- High-energy, resilient, and motivated by exceeding goals
