Our client, a market leading employer in the motor sector, based in Ennis Co. Clare has an immediate opening for a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
Our client, feel it’s time to challenge the traditional ways of selling motors cars and feel the process of buying a car should be a pleasurable one and provide the customer with a consultative approach to owning a new vehicle that they are happy with and meets their needs and budget.
As Sales Executive you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a family business working environment.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
· 2+ years sales experience in a relevant sales or business development role within the motor/auto trade industry
· A full clean driver’s licence
· Strong work ethic
· Disciplined approached to following the sales process
· Initiative-taking professional with excellent customer service skills
· Proven track record of achieving sales KPI's and targets
· Excellent organisational, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to work on your own initiative
· Third level qualification -desirable
The Offer:
This position is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills and experience but expected base salary of €30K - €32K plus per annum, plus OTE of up to €50K -€55K per annum, benefits package including company vehicle, and the opportunity to work in a wonderful team environment.
Hours of work – Onsite in Ennis Co. Clare - 5 Days per week -Monday to Saturday- 9am to 6pm
