Location: Ideally UK, Germany, Netherlands, other EU countries considered including Italy and any other German speaking country | Travel: remote + ~50% international
The Opportunity:
A leading global provider of scientific imaging and OEM camera solutions is seeking a Global Sales Manager to drive growth across direct sales, channel partners, and OEM accounts. This is a hands-on, strategic role with international scope, reporting to the Managing Director.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead global sales operations and meet revenue and order entry targets.
- Develop and manage channel partners and OEM relationships.
- Drive margin expansion and implement effective pricing strategies.
- Manage and mentor the sales and support team.
- Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Proven global sales leader in scientific instruments, high-tech B2B, or OEM products.
- Experienced in multi-channel sales (direct, distributors, OEM).
- Strong commercial acumen and team leadership skills.
- Comfortable with technical products and supporting OEM design-in processes.
