In this hybrid role, you’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders, operational teams, and legal subject matter experts to shape proposals, support client conversations, and drive commercial opportunities from qualification to close. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 5–7 years of experience in a sales support, business development, or client solutions role, preferably within corporate legal, fiduciary, or professional services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the qualification of new corporate legal services opportunities across EMEA
- Shape tailored proposals and scopes of work in collaboration with client-facing teams
- Join client meetings to present the firms capabilities and advise on delivery approach
- Coordinate with internal legal, compliance, and service delivery teams to ensure operational readiness
- Lead the development of client presentations, pitch materials, and pricing strategies
- Partner with Sales Leadership on pipeline management, win/loss reviews, and opportunity tracking
- Respond to RFPs and client requests with high-quality, customized documentation
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records to ensure visibility across stakeholders
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support positioning and strategic sales conversations
- Attend regional client meetings and internal planning sessions as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in a sales, commercial, or client solutions role
- Background in corporate legal services, professional services, or fiduciary solutions
- Proven ability to support complex client engagements and deliver commercial value
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking directly with clients and stakeholders
- Experience shaping proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing commercial documentation
- Ability to work cross-functionally across legal, operational, and sales teams
- Familiarity with international corporate structures and regulatory considerations
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of cross-border legal entity management, governance, or compliance services
- Experience supporting sales within a global, matrixed organization
