A prominent client of Cpl is looking for an experienced SSOP to join their team. The role plays a key role in optimising the vehicle supply chain. Reporting to the SSOP Manager, you will support the implementation of lean practices, ensuring
efficient fulfilment of dealer network demand and continuous improvement across supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Act as the primary liaison for the dealers on new vehicle ordering, supply, and deliveries.
- Manage vehicle supply chain coordination, including ETA management, logistics partners, trucking providers, and European production and shipping stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimise dealer ordering systems, ensuring alignment with sales, demand, and production plans.
- Monitor demand and supply data for accuracy, trends, and exceptions, driving improvements in data quality, reporting, and visualization.
- Support demand and production planning through continuous improvement and lean supply-chain practices.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage vehicle availability, showroom display stock, country stock freshness, and aged inventory reduction.
- Coordinate fleet and pool vehicle operations, including vehicle additions, preparation, usage, compliance, and disposal.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in forecasting or logistics is an advantage.
- Attention to detail is critical with keen numeric and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills essential

- Full Driving Licence.
