We’re looking for a Senior Country GTM Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end launch of LinkedIn Hiring Assistant for the French and German markets. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue, with real ownership, visibility, and measurable business outcomes.
You’ll be the in-market launch lead — translating global strategy into locally resonant programs, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Field Marketing to drive awareness, adoption, and commercial impact.

What you’ll do
- Own the country go-to-market strategy for LinkedIn Hiring Assistant in France or Germany, from launch planning through scaled execution
- Translate global product positioning into locally relevant narratives, campaigns, and programs
- Build and execute multi-channel, multi-touch marketing programs that drive awareness, consideration, adoption, and advocacy
- Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align on priorities and revenue goals
- Activate local influencer and channel partner marketing strategies
- Ensure regional compliance and regulatory alignment, working with Legal and GTM Enablement teams
- Measure and report on pipeline impact, adoption, usage, and ROI, sharing insights with senior regional and global stakeholders
- Act as the go-to evangelist for LinkedIn Hiring Assistant in your market
What we’re looking for
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven experience leading country or regional GTM initiatives, including product launches
- Strong background partnering with Sales and Customer Success in revenue-aligned roles
- French or German plus strong English
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, international environment with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised, execution-focused, and able to move quickly without losing attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or talent solutions
- Enterprise customer marketing experience
- Event, webinar, or field marketing background
- Enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
