About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Customer Success Manager to lead strategic relationships across the DACH region. You’ll partner with enterprise clients to help them achieve real business results, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions while driving renewals and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, strengthening client relationships and uncovering new opportunities for expansion.
- Guide customers through renewals, negotiations, and strategic planning to secure long-term partnerships.
- Understand each client’s objectives and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Use data insights and CRM tools to forecast performance, spot trends, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance client experience from onboarding through to renewal.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts, with strong results in retention and revenue growth.
- Skilled communicator who can influence and build trust at senior levels.
- Confident negotiator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
