Manager – Environmental & EPR Consultancy - Remote Work (Europe)

A leading international consultancy is seeking a Team Manager to oversee and grow its global EPR advisory services. This is a senior leadership position. You will provide strategic, managerial, and operational direction to a well-established team, helping shape the next phase of growth and excellence in client delivery.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a global team, assigning responsibilities and supporting staff development.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative team environment.
- Implement section-specific strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Ensure effective project resourcing and delivery ownership in collaboration with senior managers.
- Support mentorship and career development within the team.
Strategic Planning & Development
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the EPR consultancy offering.
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement improvements in services and delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives.
- Plan for team capacity, staffing, and resource optimisation.
Performance Management
- Monitor team and individual performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide support to senior managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Be accountable for the quality of all EPR programme outputs delivered by the section.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 10+ years of related experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing teams and complex EPR-related projects.
- Strong experience with third-party and vendor relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel to support team operations and management.
