Senior Penetration Tester โ Financial Services Industry
A leading global financial services organisation is expanding its Cyber Security function and seeking an experienced Senior Penetration Tester to join their dedicated offensive security team. This is a hands-on technical role working within a mature, collaborative, and research-driven environment focused on safeguarding enterprise systems and customer data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead penetration testing engagements across complex web and mobile applications.
- Simulate real-world attacker behaviour to identify, exploit, and report vulnerabilities.
- Develop detailed reports and communicate findings to development and security teams.
- Provide technical consultancy to ensure identified weaknesses are effectively mitigated.
- Contribute to internal research, tool development, and knowledge sharing across the wider security group.
Requirements:
- 7+ years overall IT experience, with 5+ years in web application penetration testing.
- Proven experience with OWASP Top 10, Burp Suite, Kali Linux, Metasploit, and similar tools.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, or CEH preferred.
