Cpl HR Recruitment as looking to speak with experienced senior recruiters in the construction and engineering space for a permanent role with a large fast paced client to support with hiring across major projects in Ireland and Europe based in South Dublin.
Role and responsibilities, will include:
- Partner with hiring managers to plan and deliver recruitment for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial roles.
- Run end-to-end recruitment campaigns using direct sourcing, networking and agency management.
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain high candidate experience standards.
- Screen, interview and guide candidates through each stage.
- Represent the company at industry events and track key hiring metrics.
Experience and skills required:
- Proven in house recruitment experience (construction/engineering)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles at pace.
- Experience with ATS platforms and data-driven hiring.
- Excellent sourcing ability
- European hiring experience is preferred
