You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline, working closely with Account Executives, and building the foundations of a fast-scaling sales team.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from marketing automation solutions
- Partner closely with Account Executives to plan and execute targeted outbound strategies
- Create, test, and refine multi-channel outreach across industries and buyer personas
- Use data and insights to continuously improve messaging and conversion rates
- Take full ownership of targets and consistently exceed activity and pipeline goals
- Share best practices and contribute to the growth of a collaborative sales culture
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role within SaaS or MarTech (preferred)
- Fluent Spanish and Italian (spoken and written) with strong English
- Highly target-driven, resilient, and motivated by results
- Energetic, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive self-starter with strong organisation and attention to detail
