This is a senior, hands-on electrical engineering role.
You own design decisions.
You shape automation platforms used in medication management.
What you will do
- Lead electro-mechanical design from concept to commissioning
- Define and contribute to system architecture
- Create and maintain electrical schematics, BoMs, cabinet layouts, wiring harnesses
- Select and specify electrical components
- Perform electro-mechanical calculations and simulations
- Drive GDP-compliant technical documentation
- Lead design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments
- Support testing, inspections, and supplier engagement
- Improve electrical engineering standards and ways of working
What you bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)
- 10+ years’ experience in electrical / automation systems
- Proven technical leadership at system level
- Strong documentation discipline (GDP)
- Experience in system and reliability engineering
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- SolidWorks (Electrical or EPlan)
- EMC and measurement technology
- Machinery Directive
- EN 60204-1 / IEC 61010-1
- Risk and safety tools
- Clear communication style
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
Nice to have
- MS Project
- Jira or ERP systems (Sage)
- German language skills
