We are currently recruiting Support Workers and Community Support Workers to join on a permanent basis across Residential, and Day Services in the Clare, Limerick and Galway area
🌟The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred support in residential, day or community settings
- Promote independence, wellbeing and social inclusion
- Support daily routines, activities and community engagement
- Assist individuals to achieve personal goals and develop life skills
- Work collaboratively within supportive, experienced teams
- Contribute to a safe, positive and empowering environment
đź•’Shift Patterns
- Residential: Days and night rosters(flexibility required)
- Day Services: Predominantly Monday–Saturday
đź’ˇApplicant Requirements
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification (minimum 8 modules completed – essential)
- Full manual driver’s licence (essential)
- A genuine interest in working with people with disabilities or autism
- Strong communication, empathy and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and a person-centred approach to care
