This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well-established, high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of professional and technical roles within manufacturing and operations.
- Support early careers programs and graduate recruitment activities.
- Conduct candidate screening calls to assess fit and suitability before progressing to hiring managers.
- Maintain and update records within the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to create engaging and competitive job offers.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in recruitment, ideally supporting high-volume or technical hiring.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required.
