We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Public Sector team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to contribute to meaningful public sector projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment campaigns in line with CSPA guidelines, supporting our clients throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with our public sector team and client stakeholders to define hiring needs and timelines.
- Understanding and communicating our clients’ employee value propositions to attract top talent.
- Reviewing candidate applications to ensure completeness and alignment with essential criteria.
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to offer stage.
- Providing a positive and inclusive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews and preparing relevant documentation.
- Participating in interview panels and supporting with note-taking when required.
- Attending client meetings and contributing to recruitment reporting.
- Responding to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Requirements for this role
- 1+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role (we welcome applications from those with transferable skills).
- Passion for the talent industry and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
- A proactive approach and confidence in leading client interactions both in-person and virtually.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a changing environment.
- Enjoyment of working in a collaborative team setting.
