Cpl HR Recruitment are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full‑cycle recruitment and help shape a strong talent pipeline across multiple business areas for a high growth organisation. This is a fast‑paced hands‑on role, ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys partnering with managers and delivering great hiring experiences. This will be a daily rate contract position, which is fully remote with occasional travel to Dublin
What You’ll Do:
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a range of roles
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand needs and deliver effective hiring strategies
- Source talent through job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach
- Maintain strong pipelines and provide regular hiring updates
- Contribute to TA projects and continuously improve processes
- Stay up to date on market trends and recruitment best practice
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced recruitment environment
- Strong full‑life‑cycle recruitment skills
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Experience with social sourcing (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Bonus: psychometric testing, international recruitment, CIPD membership, SharePoint/SAP knowledge
