We are currently looking for a Team Lead Administrator for our client based in Citywest Dublin 24 to join their team.
This role involves shift patterns including Saturdays and Sundays.
There are three shifts per day that you may be rostered for as per below:
Successful candidates will be required to:
• Ensure adherence to all company’s protocols
• Supervise the work of your team, monitoring time and attendance, and ensuring breaks are taken
• Efficiently and effectively allocate suitable accommodation
• Liaise with other departments when necessary, including other government and non-government organisations
• Liaise with accommodation providers to confirm availability, manage bookings and respond to queries
• Communication with transport providers to facilitate transport to accommodation locations
The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous Administration experience
