We are currently recruiting a Team Leader to join a residential respite service supporting children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex health needs.

In this role, you will support individuals in a person-centred environment while assisting the Respite Services Manager with the day-to-day management of the service.

📍 Location: Mountcharles, Co. Donegal

🌟 The Role

As Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, high-quality, HIQA-compliant service while supporting and guiding your team to provide person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of a safe, high-quality, HIQA-compliant service
Lead and supervise staff across a variety of shifts
Manage rotas, staff supervision, training, and team communication
Oversee the implementation and review of individual support and care plans
Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, and key stakeholders
Maintain high standards in health & safety and documentation

📝 Requirements

QQI Level 6 Major Award in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Experience working in a HIQA-registered service
Strong understanding of person-centred practice
Full clean manual driving licence
Flexibility with working hours
