Cpl are currently looking for a Tech Recruiter for an initial 9 month contract with a Banking Organisation. The successful candidate should have 2+ years agency or inhouse IT Recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders across the division to understand their hiring objectives
Develop recruiting strategies to meet the demand
Focus on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates.
Build pipelines of qualified candidates from a variety of sources
Identify, engage, and manage both internal colleagues and external candidates.
Understand how to best use data to influence decisions.
Must Have:
2+ years IT Recruitment experience
A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Experience researching and market mapping
Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
