Job Description:
Flexsource are recruiting an experienced Transport Office Administrator on behalf of our client, Ireland’s leading recycling and information security service. This is a temporary cover role with immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming transport emails, calls, and daily paperwork.
- Maintain accurate delivery and driver records.
- Support route planning, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Update data systems and ensure all files are up to date.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Requirements:
- Previous office or logistics admin experience desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good Excel knowledge.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Mon to Friday 08:00-16:15, Fri 08:00-15:15
Pay:
- €16 per hour
