An established and growing organisation based in Dublin West is seeking an experienced Travel & Administration Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless travel operations across Ireland and European project sites, while also supporting broader administrative functions. Acting as the central point of contact for travel-related matters, you will ensure bookings, approvals, documentation, and reporting are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all company travel coordination
- Manage and prioritise the central travel inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Coordinate flights, accommodation, transfers, and car hire for employees and executives in line with project timelines
- Maintain clear communication between Head Office, on-site teams, and travel approvers
- Collaborate closely with Finance to track travel expenses, agreements, and approvals
- Oversee travel operations across Ireland and European project locations
- Manage invoices, payment approvals, contracts, and associated documentation
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and international travel regulations
- Liaise with travel agencies to maintain high service standards and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate booking records and prepare detailed reports for senior stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership within the Travel and Finance teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role with travel coordination responsibilities
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Awareness of international travel regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and professional manner
