Letterkenny Vaccination Administrator Role
What does a Vaccination Administrator do?
Within the Vaccination centre the Administrator would check that the person was booked in for a Vaccination at that time/date, they had the right form of ID and answer a number of questions regarding their current state of health and input the data onto the system.
What are the skills required to be a Vaccination Administrator?
· Enhanced communication skills
· Ability and willingness to work autonomously with minimal supervision
· An ability to input data in the HSE’s software (training provided)
· Ability to remain calm while under pressure
What are the hours of work?
The hours are currently 37 hours per week based on the opening times of the Vaccination centre, Monday to Sunday
Is this Full time or a Part Time role?
The role is a Full time position
How much will the Vaccination Administer be paid?
The Vaccination Administrator will be paid as a HSE Clerical Officer Grade III Point 1 scale of €25,101.
