Language Requirements:
- Fluent to near-native level in Danish, with a deep understanding of the region’s culture and social context.

Community Operations Analyst
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish and English (B2)
- Some customer-facing experience
- Ability to handle sensitive or challenging material with professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and resolve user issues submitted through the ticketing system (e.g., account support or abuse reports)
- Enforce the platform’s Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing policy violations
- Analyze data to identify ways to improve the user experience
- Spot trends and escalate complex or sensitive cases as necessary
- Recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage sensitive content with discretion and resilience
