Our client, a busy accounting practice seeking a motivated individual to their team. This role will work closely with the accountants and Managing Director, providing day-to-day support across administration, reception, and basic accounts tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-of-house duties including reception, client communication, and diary management
- General administration support to the team and Managing Director
- Preparing and maintaining client records and files
- Assisting with data entry and basic accounts processing (training provided)
- Supporting the smooth running of the office across both Castleisland and Tralee locations
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
- Previous admin or receptionist experience desirable; interest in developing accounts experience a plus
