Title: Application Developer

Location: Hybrid | Newcastle (3 days per week onsite)

Day Rate: Up to £231.54 PAYE

Responsibilities:

Be SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
