About the Role
As a Business Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to two senior leaders, ensuring seamless coordination across expense management, travel, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will thrive in a virtual setting, be highly organised, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, and logistics)
- Oversee calendar management, including scheduling and prioritising meetings across time zones
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and planning
- Anticipate administrative needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
About You
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in administrative or executive support roles within a corporate environment
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and expense management tools
- Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Competencies: Strong digital literacy, excellent organisational skills, and a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
