Location: Remote (Ireland) – Occasional travel to events and meetings

Our client is looking for a Senior B2B Sales Hunter to develop and own outbound prospecting and pipeline creation, working directly with the founder to secure high-quality, well-qualified sales conversations.
The Role
As Senior B2B Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for building a strong, qualified pipeline of senior decision-makers for founder-led sales conversations.
You will:
- Identify and approach senior decision-makers (CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, Directors, Heads of Dept)
- Run disciplined outbound activity across phone, email and other channels
- Qualify opportunities using clear BANT criteria
- Secure high-quality meetings with buyers who have real budget, authority, and urgency
- Own your activity, pipeline quality, and results
You will not be responsible for delivery, and you will not be expected to close complex deals alone.
